Unico Properties partnered with Commercial Asset Advisors, a cutting-edge real estate firm in Hawaii, to create a new best-in-class property management company that would understand the unique needs and demands inherent to island life and culture. When we were tapped to define the organization’s brand strategy and help take it to market, we set to work creating a highly differentiating brand that not only referenced Hawaii’s culture, people, real estate needs and trends, but appealed to both mainland and local asset-owners. Pacific Asset Strategies does just that.

Brand Strategy

We fully immersed ourselves in research about Hawaii’s history, lifestyle, and values and partnered with influencers to better understand their needs. Inspired by the clear link between Washington and Hawaii, both bordered by the Pacific Ocean, we named the company Pacific Asset Strategies, and developed a brand identity that leveraged Hawaiian culture, underlining kindness, empathy, and compassion.

Design and Content

Marketing Toolkits

In reference to the ocean that connects Unico Properties and Commercial Asset Advisors, we developed a logo that employs an abstract wave shape in the ‘A’. Using classic, clean lines and touches, we created marketing collateral and broker toolkits that would clearly clarify PAS’s value proposition and set it apart from other commercial property management solutions.
